जरूरी नही हर चाहत का मतलब इश्क़ हो,
कभी कभी कुछ अंजान रिश्तों के लिए भी दिल बेचैन हो जाता है।

जरूरी नहीं कि काम से ही इंसान थक जाए,
कुछ ख्यालों का बोझ भी.. इन्सान को थका देता है।

मेरी खामोशियों में भी फसाना ढूँढ लेती है,
बड़ी शातिर है दुनिया मजा लेने का बहाना ढ़ूँढ लेती है।

बड़े महँगे किरदार है ज़िंदगी में,
साहेब.. समय समय पर, सबके भाव बढ़ जाते हैं।

कुछ इस तरह पढे गए हम,
जैसे पुराना अखबार थे,
कुछ इस तरह छूट गए हम,
जैसे गणित का सवाल थे।।

शायरी से ज्यादा प्यार मुझे कही नहीं मिला,
ये सिर्फ वही बोलती है जो मेरा दिल कहता है ।

आईने बेचती थी, तो आता ना था कोई,
रखने लगी मुखौटे जबसे, फुर्सत नही रही।

पर वो पलट कर नही आया क्या करता,
बचपन था न, नही आ पाया।

हमारे ग्रुप में आकर देखो हमारे दिलों में सिर्फ और सिर्फ मोहब्बत बसती है।

हाथों में पत्थर नहीं,
फिर भी चोट देती है,
ये जुबान भी अजीब है,
अच्छे-अच्छों के घर तोड देती है।

सिर्फ शायरी पढने का रिश्ता ना रखो,
कभी खैरियत भी तो पूछ कर देखो।

संभलकर चलना हम भी जानते थे,
पर ठोकर भी लगी उसी पत्थर से जिसे हम अपना समझते थे।

जरूरी नहीं की काम से ही इन्सान थक जाए,
कुछ ख्यालों का बोझ भी.. इन्सान को थका देता है।

क़ायनात की सबसे महंगी चीज एहसास है,
जो दुनिया के हर इंसान के पास नहीं होता।

कर सको तो किसी को खुश करो, दुःख देते हुए तो हजारों को देखा है।

शायरों की बस्ती मैं क़दम रखा तो जाना,
ग़मो की महफ़िल भी कितनी खुशी से जमती हैं।

है लहू जिनका मेरी रगों में,
तेवर भी उन्हीं का वरदान है,
शान से जीना सिखाया जिसने,
“पापा” उनका नाम है।

जब से सुना है कि मरने का नाम जिंदगी है,
सर पर कफन बांध कातिल को ढूंढते है।

हालात मैकदे के, करवट बदल रहे हैं,
साक़ी बहक रहे हैं, मैकश सँभल रहे हैं।

हिंदी शायरी, आसान तो कुछ भी नहीं है इस संसार में

आसान तो कुछ भी नहीं है इस संसार में,
एक साँस लेने के लिए भी, पहली साँस छोड़नी पड़ती है।

गैरों का हाथ पकड़कर चलना नहीं सीखा,
बहुत कुछ सीखा… लेकिन बदलना नहीं सीखा।

यही है खासियत,
जिंदगी की कर्ज वो भी चुकाने पड़ते हैं,
जो लिए ही नहीं।

रिश्ता हमारा इस जहाँ मे सबसे प्यारा हो,
जैसे ज़िंदगी को सांसो का सहारा हो,
याद करना हमे उस पल मे,
जब तुम अकेले हो और कोई ना तुम्हारा हो।

जहर में भी उतना जहर नही होता,
जितना जहर कुछ लोग दूसरों के लिए अपने अंदर रखते है।

वजह पूछी जो गिरगिट से उसकी उदासी की..
मैंने तो बोला कि मै शर्त हार गया हूँ..
तेरे महबूब से रंग बदलने मे।
